Goin Stateside again

Hi guys,
Its been a while since I've posted and have had quite a bit goin on.
Regular readers may remember by visit to Boston USA to meet some filmy people and screw some netchick...well i went back last month, did a bit more screwing and saw a few more sights and met a few more filmy people.

Due to my extensive networking through the internet I have managed to get a producer for my short film:

As well as me being a kind of honourary producer (more for a credits sake); Boston Based 8x (local) Emmy Award winning comedian and actor Paul Wagner is producing my short film Black and Blue in Boston in July along with his partner Kim Jackson CHECK OUT:

The short is a 15 minute dark humoured yet surreal tale of a guy who is attempting suicide as a result of the spousal abuse from his wife.

The director AJ Dimaculangan (credits on IMDB.com) is to direct and from his conversation with me last night says he will be using a new Sony 900 24P HD camera..... anyone know anything about this camera? i haven't a clue.

Sounds like a digital film camera to me, possibly the same as they are using on The Shadow Falls.

Good luck, and don't agree to a percentage of net profits ;-)

As far as things are going I probably will accept a percentage of net profit against even a deferrment.
At the moment I really don't care and just want the thing shot.
And they are putting me up while I am out there and paying for part of my flight.

the studios generally do the accounting so that a film makes no net profit (no tax then, see) so make sure you get % of GROSS profit!!!!
